Arad renewal plan contains 4 neighborhoods (Ye'elim, Avishur, Tlalilm and Lavaot) and the city center. Avishur, Lavaot and the city center were designed by David Best at the 60's and 70's. 

The practice engaged in the project since 2019 in collaboration with Guy Uretsky Studio.
